View Application Rules and accept them
STEP 5: SUBMIT APPLICATION
Search your program of choice
STEP 6: SAVE YOUR PROGRAM OF CHOICE AND CONTINUE
Save and Continue
STEP 7: ACCEPT APPLICATION
